The welcoming, low-impact class is designed especially for older adults and those with limited mobility.  Using a sturdy chair for support, participants enjoy easy-to-follow aerobic movement that can be done entirely while seated.  Each session focuses on improving circulation, building strength, enhancing flexibility and boosting coordination - all in a fun, safe and social environment.
