A fun and energetic fitness class exclusively for our junior members.

Each week will feature a different workout style, including Circuits, HIIT, and Kettlebell training, helping young people develop strength, fitness, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Led by qualified instructors, sessions are designed to be engaging, challenging, and suitable for a range of fitness levels.
